Information
About Registration
Registration is required for all attendees — including authors, co-authors, and general delegates — who wish to participate in SDEMPED 2027. Registration grants access to all technical sessions, plenary talks, and the social programme included in the registration package.
Author registration: At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a valid registration by the author registration deadline for the paper to be included in the programme and proceedings. Full details on the categories of registration eligible for paper inclusion will be provided when registration opens.
Fees: Registration fees have not yet been set. Categories are expected to include IEEE member, non-member, student, and possibly an early-bird tier. Specific fees will be published on this page when registration opens. We are committed to keeping fees accessible to the research community.
Tutorials: If a tutorials programme is offered, tutorial registration details will be provided alongside the main registration information.
