At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the IEEE full member, IEEE and PELS full member or non IEEE member rate (NOT a student rate). One full or non member registration covers one paper of registered author or co-authors. A second paper can be added to the registration with an additional fee.
The Students registration includes the attendance at all sessions. Proof of qualifying student status is required.
The Student fee does not include the paper registration, for which a full conference fee is required.
IMPORTANT: SDEMPED must receive the full amount of the fees. Any bank charges must therefore be paid by the person making the payment - the Remitter.

The registration fee will not be refunded to the authors if it is required to cover the publication expenses of accepted papers. Cancellations received before July 1, 2021 are refundable except a $100 processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Unused lunch and banquet tickets will be neither refunded nor replaced by other tickets or services.
